The Telecaller plays a key role in lead generation and customer communication. The role
involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining company products, scheduling meetings for
the Sales Team, and maintaining enquiry follow-up records.
Key Responsibilities
? Call prospective customers (builders, contractors, consultants, and fire agencies) to
introduce Naikee Engineering's products and services.
? Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Sales Executives.
? Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
? Share company brochures, catalogues, and presentations with interested clients.
? Coordinate with Sales and Estimation teams to update enquiry status and client details.
? Follow up with existing clients for new requirements, feedback, and payment reminders
(if required).
? Maintain and update CRM / enquiry database on a daily basis.
? Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and social media promotions by calling
targeted lists.
Desired Skills & Competencies
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
? Confident and polite telephone manner.
? Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email handling).
? Persuasive and energetic attitude with good listening skills.
? Ability to understand technical information and convey it clearly.

Pay: ₹9,115.27 - ₹21,841.36 per month
