Responsibilities:



Developing new client base from the portfolio. Targeting SME & Corporate clients. Conduct calls to book meetings with potential clients interested. Prepare and send company proposal to the client interested. Maintaining the client data & feedback given by the client Establish effective communication network and working closely with all internal teams and other supporting groups. Follow-up regarding meeting & deal. Ensure strict adherence of sales process & internal procedures
Will work closely with the digital marketing team and generate leads.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

Graduate from any stream

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as Telecaller

Language:

Should know English/Hindi/Marathi with proficiency in reading/writing/ speaking

Gender:

Female/Male

Age:

22-30 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
