Overview
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage customer communications and back-office operations. This dual role requires excellent communication skills and strong administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage inventory receiving and acknowledgment processes
Provide sales support through effective customer engagement
Handle 300+ daily calls (inbound and outbound)
Requirements:
Education: 10+2 or higher
Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele-calling / back-office operations
