Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation.
Explain programs clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Handle client queries professionally and build rapport.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
