Job Description

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert potential clients by providing them with information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers. Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Convince customers to schedule site visits or meetings. Maintain call logs and update CRM/Excel records regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and feedback. Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any field. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

Pay: ?9,048.48 - ?31,820.47 per month
