Make outbound calls to retail clients to promote products/services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Follow up on queries and support the sales process.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
