Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to contribute to our company. You will be responsible for calling and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Loan Management Consultancy or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities and Duties


Responsible for calling prospective customers and generate interest in the product

Setting up of sales appointments for sales executives to attend Generation of quality leads for the sale executives Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling on data Maintaining database in order to maintain call and appointment records Make Calls on Database and generate walk-in enquiry Handle telephonic prospects and convert it into a walk-in enquiry Actively and aggressively pursue pending enquiries to convert them into enrollments

Qualifications and Skills


Required Experience and Qualifications



Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
