We are seeking a female Tele caller who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients
over the phone, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development process.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and, preferably, prior
experience in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Ligionest Technologies' services.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain an accurate record of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or demos for the business development team.
Understand client needs and share relevant information about IT products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead handover.
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years (Candidates from the IT industry will be given preference).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
