Make outbound calls to potential leads or clients as per the given database.
Introduce the company's products/services in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the counseling teams.
Maintain and update call records, follow-up details, and schedules in CRM & Excel.
Coordinate with Team Leader to ensure smooth follow-up and meeting execution.
Handle basic inbound queries and transfer them to the concerned person if required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication skills e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional tone.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
