The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain products, courses, or services to prospective students/customers.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every interaction.
Follow up on leads regularly and ensure timely conversions.
Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
Work closely with the sales/admission team to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain confidentiality of student/customer data.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Fluent in [English, Hindi, or local language as applicable].
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling will be an added advantage.
Salary:
?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
