Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Explain products, courses, or services to prospective students/customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every interaction. Follow up on leads regularly and ensure timely conversions. Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information. Work closely with the sales/admission team to achieve monthly targets. Maintain confidentiality of student/customer data.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, polite, and persuasive personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Fluent in [English, Hindi, or local language as applicable].

Qualifications:



Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling will be an added advantage.

Salary:



?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Incentives on successful conversions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
