The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to student admissions, inquiries, and general information. The role involves providing accurate information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission inquiries.
Handle inbound calls and respond to questions related to admission procedures, fee structure, and school programs.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the school's database or CRM system.
Schedule appointments and campus visits for interested parents.
Provide accurate and updated information about Vishwajyot High School's academic programs, facilities, and events.
Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed admissions.
Ensure all interactions reflect the school's professional image and values.
Participate in admission events, open houses, and promotional activities when required.
