We need telecallers to contact potential students from our database, provide basic course information, gauge interest, and schedule appointments with our program advisors. This is primarily a lead qualification role, not hard selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads from our database (bulk calling)
Introduce our training programs and provide basic course information
Assess caller's interest level and validate lead quality
Share Calendly link via WhatsApp/SMS for interested prospects to book appointments
Connect hot leads directly with program advisors when available
Update lead status and call outcomes in CRM
Maintain daily call targets and follow-up schedules
Required Skills:
Fluent in [Hindi/English]
Clear and pleasant phone communication
Basic computer skills (CRM data entry, sending links via WhatsApp)
Patience and persistence for high-volume calling
Ability to handle rejections and maintain call quality
Ideal Candidate:
0-2 years experience in telecalling/customer service
Comfortable making 80-100+ calls per day
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
No prior sales/closing experience required - we need validators, not closers
