Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly approach in all communications.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in

English

Confident, polite, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to handle rejections positively and keep motivated. Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
