IT Accurate is a dynamic and growth-oriented company specializing in [brief description of business: e.g., IT services, software solutions, CRM implementation etc.]. We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our client reach and generate meaningful leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce IT Accurate's services/products, and generate interest.
Handle inbound calls from prospects/clients, understand their needs and provide relevant information.
Qualify leads, document customer interactions, update call-records and CRM with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or pass on qualified prospects to the Sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead conversion goals.
Work collaboratively with the marketing & sales teams to improve scripts, calling strategy, and conversion processes.
Maintain positive customer relationships, handle objections and provide after-call support as needed.
Continuously update knowledge of the company's offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [any local language required].
Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Persuasive, confident, target-oriented mindset with resilience to handle call rejections.
Basic computer skills, comfort working with MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/lead generation is a plus.
