Greet and assist visitors in the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote products and services and generate leads.
Schedule appointments and meetings for potential customers with sales staff.
Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and facilitate sales conversions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Administrative and showroom maintenance
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and showroom areas.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
