Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Explain products/services to customers and encourage sales.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with existing and potential clients for sales conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations.
