Make and receive customer calls politely and professionally.
Guide customers through their product selection and checkout process.
Follow up on pending orders and assist in online purchase completion.
Maintain call records and report daily activity to management.
Build a positive relationship with customers to promote brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi.
Pleasant voice and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.
Experience in customer support or tele-calling preferred.
