Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
2. Generate leads and follow up with existing customers for sales.
3. Meet monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer feedback.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
5. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in tele sales or customer service If Fresher should have strong Communication Skiils.
2. Knowledge of sales principles and customer service techniques.
