Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Telecaller to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach to maintain positive relationships and drive targets. Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database to introduce and promote products or services. Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Explain products and services clearly and persuasively to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to convert prospects into customers. Maintain and update a customer database with accurate records of all interactions and sales activities using a CRM system. Work towards achieving and exceeding daily and monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business objectives. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
