About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers and generate leads. Handle

inbound customer inquiries

and provide information about products/services.

Follow up

with interested leads and maintain regular contact. Update and maintain the

customer database (CRM)

accurately. Achieve

daily and monthly call targets

set by the team lead. Build and maintain

positive relationships

with customers. Share feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and call efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,976.31 - ₹31,952.05 per month
