Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
Introduce the company's IT services/products (e.g., software development, digital solutions, cloud services, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups for business development executives.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients via calls or emails as needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries about company offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in IT or services industry).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [any regional language if applicable].
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
