Location: Pune, Kondhwa NIBM Near Jyoti Restaurant

No Of Openings: 5

Requisites:

Graduate in any bachelor degree, MBA

0-5 years years of experience

Female candidates are preferred

Good Communication Skills In Marathi , Hindi ,English

Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.

Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up with clients to provide additional information.

Making calls to potential customers

Explaining company services and products

Maintaining daily call records

Submitting daily progress reports
