Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries, providing accurate information.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.
Maintain customer records in CRM or database.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert into sales where applicable.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (varies by company).
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome).
Salary & Benefits
Salary range in India: ₹10,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience).
