We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell astrology courses offered by Saptarishis Astrology. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining course benefits, addressing queries, and closing sales over phone calls. Candidates with excellent communication and sales skills will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in astrology courses.
Explain course details, benefits, and value proposition clearly to prospects.
Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide complete information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for course enrollments.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for promotional activities.
Provide feedback from customers to improve sales scripts and strategies.
Requirements:
Graduate / HSC with proven experience in telesales/telecalling.
1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in education/online courses/consulting.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English, regional languages are a plus).
Strong sales aptitude with ability to meet and exceed targets.
Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
