We are looking for a Tele caller Executive to join our team and handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasive skills to generate leads, provide information, or resolve customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads/sales.
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with leads/customers regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
Handle objections professionally and convert cold calls into successful deals.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer service.
