Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects

- Promote products/services and generate leads

- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs

- Provide product information and address customer queries

- Meet sales targets and conversion goals

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Persuasive and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of product/service offerings
