to join our tourism company. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings for travel packages, tours, and related services. The candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive ability, and knowledge of tourism products.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, flights, and other tourism services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, offers, and company services.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Tourism background preferred).
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or Sales Agent (preferably in travel/tourism).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
Good sales and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking processes is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth bookings and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when needed.
