Roles & Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing clients to explain company products (WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS solutions). Handle

inbound inquiries

professionally and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain customer database (CRM entry) with accurate details of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

call and conversion targets

. Follow up on leads provided by the sales & marketing team. Explain pricing, plans, and features to customers in simple language. Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team when required. Provide basic technical assistance and guide customers to the support team if needed. Share regular reports on calls, leads generated, and closures with the manager.

Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years of telecalling / inside sales experience

(preferably in SaaS / IT / Telecom industry). Excellent

communication skills in English & Hindi

(Marathi will be an added advantage). Good computer knowledge:

MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software usage

. Ability to handle targets and pressure. Strong listening and persuasion skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies.
