Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan/financial products.
Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and resolve customer questions.
Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Support the sales team in lead qualification and appointment setting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
in any stream.
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written).
Soft-spoken, polite, and a pleasing personality.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
