Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services. Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong follow-up for closures. Record customer details and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism, politeness, and a positive attitude on calls.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages will be an added advantage). Good convincing and persuasion ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling). Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
