Client Coordination (if applicable):
Following up with companies/clients for hiring requirements.
Coordinating interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Sharing candidate profiles with clients.
Database Management:
Maintaining records of candidates contacted and interviewed.
Updating and organizing candidate information in CRM or internal databases.
Follow-ups:
Reminding candidates about interview schedules.
Checking post-interview feedback.
Following up for documentation if the candidate is selected.
Cold Calling (optional based on firm type):
Reaching out to potential clients for staffing services (in case of a business development angle).
Reporting:
Submitting daily/weekly call reports to the manager or team lead.
Providing feedback on call performance and lead quality.
Maintaining Professional Communication:
Ensuring polite, clear, and persuasive communication.
Handling objections or questions from candidates effectively.
