We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products/services Engage customers by providing information and addressing their queries Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or meetings Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets Work closely with the team to consistently improve call strategies and performance

Requirements

:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism Fresher candidates are welcome to apply Positive attitude, confident, and a go-getter approach Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall goals Should be able to meet deadlines and targets
