We are looking to hire a

Tele Caller Executive

for our diagnostic centre client to handle incoming calls from patients and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will be polite, organized, and comfortable with making and receiving calls throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:



Attend incoming calls from patients for inquiries and appointment bookings Make follow-up or confirmation calls to patients Coordinate with reception/lab/X-ray/other departments within the centre Maintain a proper record of calls and appointments in system or register Handle rescheduling or patient-related coordination as required Provide excellent communication and support to ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & basic English Basic knowledge of computer and phone handling Experience in healthcare or diagnostic setup is preferred but not mandatory Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude

Benefits:



Monthly salary: ₹8,000 -
15,000 Training and support provided Comfortable working hours
