Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.
Provide information about products/services in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain customer database and update call details daily.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader.
Key Skills Required:
Good verbal communication skills in [languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
Confidence, patience, and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or telesales (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
