Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated female tele callers to handle appointment fixing for site visits. As a telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with detailed information about on real estate projects and scheduling site visits.

JOB ROLE

- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Pitch clients on residential projects & arrange a site visit.
- Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and assess their level of interest.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

SKILLS Required

- Efficient with English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Should have patience and emotional intelligence to handle tough situations with ease, stay calm under pressure and understand how customers are feeling during the call.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to shift your approach depending on the type of call or the customer's needs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive telephone manner
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Working

- MONDAY - SATURDAY
- 10 am - 7 pm
