Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Marathi].
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM systems.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage.
