. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. You should be able to persuade and assist customers to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Record and update call logs, feedback, and outcomes.
Maintain polite and professional communication with clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for coordinated efforts.
