Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
Promote and explain ERP and software products to potential customers.
Handle follow-ups and maintain a strong relationship with leads.
Convert leads into opportunities and schedule product demos or sales meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the
software/ERP domain
.
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Proven track record in
product selling and lead generation
.
Ability to understand and explain technical software solutions effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH setup.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
