Position: Tele-Caller

Location: Sunny's World, Sus-Pashan road, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum one Year/Fresher

Shift: Day Shift

Education - Any Graduate or relevant degree.

Eligibility - Good Communication and knowledge of MS-Office

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations

- Speaking with guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, creating a positive first impression,

Inbound Call Handling

- Answer phone inquiries, and providing product related relevant information and policies.

Customer Service

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, at times working in front from greeting till resolution, and property visit, if required.

Technical

- Must be Software-friendly,

Record Keeping-

Maintain accurate call logs and update customer data. Sending Reports to concerned departments.

Follow-up-

Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
