Job Description

Make a minimum of 75

calls per day

to prospective or existing customers. Provide accurate information about products or services offered. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain a database of calls made and leads generated. Schedule follow-ups and update CRM or Excel tracking sheets. Work closely with the sales or counselling team to convert leads. Maintain daily call reports and share with the reporting manager. Meet call targets and performance benchmarks.
