As a Lubricant/Metalworking Fluid Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our extensive line of lubricants and metalworking fluids to industrial clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels. Assign leads to sales representatives and track progress. Maintain customer relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups. Support sales team with reports, coordination, and CRM updates. Monitor lead conversion rates and assist in strategy improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 6 Month -3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
