Job Description

As a Telecaller at Sabhan Furniture, you will be responsible for following up with prospective clients, providing them with information about our products, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to follow up on inquiries and interest in our products. Provide detailed information about Sabhan Furniture's products, promotions, and services. Answer questions and address concerns of prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for potential clients to visit our showroom or meet with sales representatives. Maintain a database of prospective clients, recording all interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Assist in developing and implementing strategies for effective follow-up and conversion of leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align follow-up activities with promotional campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client follow-ups and conversions. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:



Female candidates are preferred for this role. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English, Arabic]. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
