Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller

to join our US-based operations team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent English communication skills

, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage professionally with US clients over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for sales, lead generation, or support. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer data and call records in CRM. Follow up on leads promptly and professionally. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.

Requirements:

Excellent

verbal and written English communication skills

(neutral or US accent preferred). Comfortable working in

night shifts (US time zone)

. Prior experience in

BPO / US process / telecalling

is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
