to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote our services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Explain products/services and generate leads
Maintain call records and customer details
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones
Ability to work independently from home
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
