Job Summary:

Malabar Institute of Management Studies is hiring an

experienced Telecaller

to handle student inquiries and course admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior experience in educational telecalling, and a proven ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course details and admissions Follow up with prospective students and maintain call records Achieve daily and monthly admission targets Work closely with the counselling and marketing teams Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Strong persuasive and follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability
