Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer database with current details.
Follow company communication scripts and guidelines effectively.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/target goals.
Record customer feedback, complaints, and escalate when necessary.
Stay updated with company products, offers, and policies.
Ensure professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication at all times.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Proven experience as a Tele caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Regional language as per need].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or call center software).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
