Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries effectively.
Generate leads and follow up with customers to convert them into sales or registrations.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly call reports to the supervisor.
Good communication skills (English/Malayalam/Hindi as required).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage.
