Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
