Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents who have expressed interest
Understand the academic and career aspirations of leads
Explain course features, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes
Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to support decision-making
Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and timely information
Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in CRM tools
Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets
Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a focus on targets and KPIs
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
