to join our team at our Umayanalloor office to help us maintain strong relationships with existing clients and source new business.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Calling Operations:

Maintain a consistent schedule of daily calls to regular customers and leads.

Inbound Enquiry Management:

Answer incoming calls professionally, provide product details (price, availability), and resolve queries.

Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with clients regarding pending orders, payment reminders, and delivery schedules.

Lead Generation:

Identify and call potential new customers (hardware shops, contractors, etc.) in and around Kollam to introduce our products.

Reporting:

Update call logs and customer details in the system/register.

Requirements

Education:

Plus Two or Degree preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in calling or sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Language:

Must speak fluent

Malayalam

. Basic English or Hindi is an advantage.

Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and a polite phone manner.
